[EDIT]: A friend of mine on here made me realize that I never posted a reason for me being away from DA for so long. Well here it is: basically I was in a bad car accident at the beginning of may, so I havent done much of anything since then. What happened was I was making a left turn at an intersection (the light was green) and partway through my turn the light went orange and this 80 year old man came speeding through about 20 to 40 kms over the speed limit and he T-Boned me and i went spinning and hit another car. The wind was knocked out of me but I was still concious and able to get out of the car. As for the car, it was totalled, and got written off. The side of the car was in behind the front passenger seat, bumper almost ripped off, door completely bent out, etc etc. After the accident I couldn't look to the left or right, couldn't look down, and couldn't lift my left arm. So i was doing physiotherapy basically every other day. But the cops had said that I was lucky to be alive. Two things saved me: 1) as soon as i noticed him coming i slammed on the gas, and that moved the car enough to have the backdoor hit and not the front passenger door, AND 2) the roads were wet and that allowed me to slide and spin. If the roads were dry, they said the tires would have acted like doorstops and the guy would have plowed through me.

But yes. I'm getting much better. Still some lil issues, but I'm almost back to normal (besides mental trauma that gets to me when im driving). I have massage therapy once a week, and still cant look down all the way or tilt my head completely to either side, but I can pretty much live normally, i just get aching muscles very fast.

from March 27th to April 14th I'll be in France and Germany. So there will be no updates until I'm back.

So, in order to help me save money for food for my europe trip, I'm offering to do custom sally drawings for you. $10 per page. I could draw YOU as a character with Sally, or just draw a sally image you request, or whatever.

A friend of mine recently landed her dream job after completing her journalism degree, and she wrote in her online journal "I've completed 2 major goals in my life, now let's just hope i don't get hit by a car or something".

She made another journal entry today saying that when she was getting off the bus yesterday, she was hit by an SUV and went flying. Amazingly she has no serious injuries, only a sore right side and pulled muscles around her hip.
